​🍃 I am situated within the Kinimathatakinta/George Town Area and reside along the coast of Northern Lutruwita/Tasmania, between the mouth of the Rupila Mangina/Pipers River and Kanamaluka/Tamar River. I recognise that I am currently occupying stolen Aboriginal lands, seas, and waterways belonging to the Palawa/Pakana people, custodians of this region for over 40,000 years. I am conscious of the contradiction of this acknowledgment whilst benefiting from the colonial structures and systems built on invasion and dispossession.​​ Always was, always will be Aboriginal land. 🍃
